We will teach your child how to read all the way through a 1st grade level and into a beginner 2nd grade reading level! 

Once you enroll into the program, you will receive:

• 16 weeks of content organized in a password protected learning portal
• A total of 80+ live lessons with a professional teacher
• Zoom recordings of cohort classes
• 80+ student-paced interactive NearPod lessons for home practice
• Printables and worksheets that go with each lesson
• Video explanations and written explanations for parents
• 1:1 assessments scheduled at your convenience every 5 weeks until the desired level is reached
• Leveled readers (books) that are level appropriate to print and use at your convenience
• The guarantee that I will tutor for free after the 16 weeks is up until they are assessed at and meet a beginner 2nd grade level!

Reading Can Be Puzzling:

This course is 16 weeks long with cumulative lessons 2X per week, and up to 8 drop-in classes to come to as you wish, which is a total of up to 10 live and interactive lessons per week with a professional literacy teacher.

Included is also a full online learning portal with organized content, interactive Nearpod lessons, printables and worksheets to use as you see fit, 1:1 assessments every 5 weeks with me, and more.  

Private Cohort Info:

Your cohort lessons are cumulative (content builds) and will be on Thursdays and Fridays every week. (See cohort options above for schedule). 

All lessons for your cohort are recorded and uploaded to the learning portal for your records to review or to watch in case of absence. 

Drop-In Sessions (Subject to Change):

Also included in your purchase is access to “Drop-In” sessions.
These are non-cumulative and weekly practice, so come to as many as you can, but if you miss them your child will not fall behind.

**Students must attend or complete course work for 2 drop in lessons to earn access

1:1 Assessments:

Every 5 weeks, your child will do a 1:1 assessment with me to see how they are doing in the program and to make sure things are making sense to them. If there is ever anything that does not make sense to them or we see them struggling, I will send you additional worksheets or Nearpod lessons to practice those skills at home to help. 

This portion of the product is private and for your eyes only, so no other parent or student will be able to see your child's assessments, my notes, or our comments back and forth. 

Should your child stay in the program past the 16 weeks, then we will continue to do these assessments every 5 weeks until they are assessed at beginner 2nd grade level.
